Because of Prevailing Issues in the Islamic Community At-Large, the Editorial Staff (ES) of Shahadah sees the need for these issues to be addressed through the U.S. National Amirate of Amir Abdallah Yasin, Amir of The International Amirate of Masjid Baytul-Khaliq, Inc. In each issue of Shahadah the ES intends to present a particular Prevailing Issue. Inshaa’Allah.
“BEHEADINGS IN IRAQ”
AND RELATED MATTERS
As this current issue of Shahadah was going to press, our publisher, Wazir Abdush-Shahid Luqman, enjoined upon me to write and submit an article on these particular topics simply because, to our knowledge, they were not being addressed by other Islamic sources. I informed him that this matter at hand was a complicated subject, which, in part, probably explained the Muslim “silence” on a matter, which called for a response that many Muslims and non-Muslims may have been expecting.
Here is a list of inter-related matters I hope to, inshaa’Allah, some-what successfully address herein:
1. The “beheading” of abducted foreigners [“civilian (non-military) contractors and workers”]*
2. The indiscriminate bombing and assassinations of Iraqi citizens by the so-called “resistance”.
3. The “Dream” of Democracy. What it is and what it is not.
4. The public display and prosecution of Saddam Hussein.
1. In Iraq today there appears to be at least three (3) organized elements of resistance to the American and British occupation forces: 1-A) Those die-hard loyalists to Saddam Hussein’s cruel regime. 1-B) Iraqis who may have initially applauded the U.S. & British invasion, but being subsequently victimized by the indiscriminate killing of their people (families, et alia), seeing the destruction of the total infrastructure of their country and the resultant squalor they are forced to live in and the general callousness of the European towards “other” peoples of the world, all of whom have been colonized, debased and exploited by him! These people simply want for the U.S. to leave their country and to pay for the damage they have wrought. 1-C) “Others & Outsiders”, who are professing a “destroy America” agenda, by any means possible, without regard to anyone, Muslim or non-Muslim. They seem to be seeking total destabilization; anarchy. This latter group appears to be the group having taken to beheading captives. This group, by right and/or wrong means, express the entire Muslim world’s tiredness of America’s destructive, exploitative, oppressive and bigoted stance against their freedom and self-determination, which is exemplified by America’s “doomsday support” of Israel, the neo-Nazis of today.
These “beheadings” are an unfortunate and certainly a counter-productive strategy they have embarked upon. What this horrible action really displays is a terrible hatred for the United States & Britain, who are really the responsible parties for turning men to such brutality by their own racist brutalities on non-European humanity. It is reminiscent of the red-hot hatred, which was displayed by the Congolese Mau Mau of the 1960’s, and the American Red-Man of the past five centuries, and many, many other non-“white” peoples of this planet who have suffered greatly at the hands of the “white” man. Because of the atrocities inflicted upon them by the European, whenever they captured a European, they usually inflicted terrible “punishment” upon him as “payback” and as an “example” of their hatred. It was a form of “payback-terrorism”. That is in fact the definition of the beheadings in Iraq. (The “civilians” being abducted and beheaded are considered “carpetbaggers”, seeking profit out of the suffering of the Iraqi people.)
While we do not condone the current “beheadings” in Iraq, we must, unfortunately. understand it! We do not attempt to justify it, but we must understand it. This “understanding of it is evidently a rationale for the Muslim “silence” concerning it. WHO has brought this grotesque action to the world? The people who are doing it, or the people who have forced another people to the edge of insanity? We call for an immediate halt to such tactics, particularly against non-military personnel.
2. Nu`man bin Bashir reported that the Messenger of Allah (SAAWS) said: “You will see the Believers in their mutual kindness, love and sympathy just like one body. When a limb complains, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever.” (Bukhari & Muslim)
How can any group, who claims to believe in Allah and the Last Day, wantonly murder fellow Muslim men, women and children? They can only do this if they have the Wahabbi, Salafi, Talabani view that the rest of us have little or no Faith; i.e., that the rest of us are not Muslim. They can only do this if they believe that they are the superior Muslims, that only they are true Muslims. I say this because this is how they act! As a rule, some have the arrogant audacity not to even return a greeting when Allah (SWT) says: “When a (courteous) greeting is offered to you, meet it with a greeting still more courteous, or (at least) of equal courtesy. Allah takes careful account of all things.” (The Noble Qur’aan: 4:86) They have the divisive attitude of damning every Muslim who is not upon their platform. They are a people gone astray. These are the people calling themselves Muslim and murdering other Muslims. These are the people who have an extremely low opinion of Muslims of African Descent even though Anas (RA) reported the Prophet (SAAWS) said: “Hear and obey even though a Habashy whose head is like a raison is appointed (to rule over you).” (Bukhari) The fact is that so-called Salafism and Talabanism are children of the Wahabbis, who are among the most racist people on the face of the earth, yet African-American Muslims unashamedly grovel behind and imitate these people who despise them. What a shame. As I have previously reported, Saudi Arabia and successive United States Administrations are the Frankensteins who have created a monster (Salafism & Talabanism), which is now out to destroy them.
This behavior is a Wahabbi behavior, which exemplified itself when they conspired with the British and the Zionist, accepted their bloodied money, and rebelled against the Islamic Khalifate with the intent to aid in its destruction, and establish their Saudi state. (The miserable state among today’s Muslims is a direct consequence of the absence of the Khalifah.) This was done at the behest of their British and Zionist masters. (Inshaa’Allah, I will explain in a future article the Zionist conspiracies of WWI & WWII, both of which were directly related to Palestine, as will be, wa Allahu `Alim, WWIII.) Ou Prophet )SAAWS) strongly condemned rebellion. Ayed bin Amr (RA) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAAWS) say: “The worst thing in Administration is rebellion.” (Muslim)
Jabir (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allah (SAAWS) said in the Farewell Pilgrimage: “You must not become unbelievers after me, some of you smiting the necks of others.” (Agreed)
It is worthy to note that neither the Wahabbi, the Salafi nor the Talabani, in their condescending speech to the rest of us, who are the majority, speak of Amirate or re-establishment of the Khalifah, Imam MaHdi or the return of `Isa bin Maryam! The question is: “What are they working toward?” These people should leave Iraq.
Abu Sayeed and Abu Hurayrah (RA) reported from the Messenger of Allah (SAAWS) who aid: If all the inmates of heaven & earth join to take the blood of a Believer, Allah will surely throw them all to the Fire.” [Tirmidhi(Rare)]
*This segment would not be complete without mentioning the matter of the Lebanese Arab (Muslim) U.S. Marine who has been captured and threatened with beheading by the above described group, who are indiscriminately killing Muslims and beheading others. According to Islamic Law, there would be less concern for this “Muslim” Marine than for the non-Muslims, and here is why:

GLOSSARY:
Dar al-Harb: Enemy territory
Dar al-Islam: The area within the jurisdiction of the Islamic state, as distinguished from dar al-Harb.
Harbi: Enemy
Hiraaba: Armed robbery; brigandage (having the behavior of a bandit, an outlaw)
Hukm: A rule of law; judgment, decision. The word is also used for the effects of a contract.
MuHaarib: One who commits the offense of Hiraaba
An apostate, if taken captive before he declares war, is to be executed by agreement in the case of a man, because of the words of the Prophet (God's peace and blessings be upon him), "Slay those who change their din". They disagreed about the execution of a woman and whether she is to be required to repent before execution. The majority said that a woman (apostate) is to be executed. Abu Hanifa said that a woman is not to be executed and compared her to an originally non-believing woman. The majority relied upon the general meaning implied (in the tradition). One group held a deviant opinion saying that she is to be executed even if she reverts to Islam.
Asking the apostate to repent was stipulated by Malik as a condition prior to his execution, on the basis of what is related from 'Umar. One group of jurists said that his repentance is not acceptable. If the apostate becomes a muHaarib first and then an apostate, he is to be executed because of Hiraaba and is not required to repent, whether his Hiraaba occurs in the Muslim territory or later when he crosses over to the dar al-harb, except when he becomes a Muslim again. When the apostate muHaarib converts to Islam after he is captured or before it, they differ about his Hukm. If his Hiraaba has occurred in the dar al-harb, then, according to Malik, his situation is like that of any Harbi who converts to Islam, he is not held liable for what he did during his apostasy. If his Hiraaba has occurred in the dar al-Islam, then his conversion to Islam absolves him of the liability to the Hukm of Hiraba only and his Hukm is like that of an apostate for the offences committed by him during his apostasy in the dar al-Islam prior to conversion to Islam. The disciples of Malik, however, differed in this with some, who took into account the day of offence. saying that his Hukm is the Hukm of the apostate, while others, who took into account the time of the Hukm, said that his Hukm is like that of a Muslim.
They disagreed within this topic about the Hukm of the magician, with Malik saying that he is to be executed as a disbeliever, while others said that he is not to be executed. The principle is that he is not to be executed, unless he becomes an apostate. END
With the Marine in question, and any other Muslims who have joined with non-Muslims to wage war against a sovereign Muslim nation which has not aggressed against his/their nation (the U.S.) is to place himself (themselves) in the position of being a muHaaraba (an outlaw) according to the Law of Allah and the legislation of His Prophet (SAAWS). When it comes to attacking and killing fellow Muslims, who have not aggressed against him, the Muslim must refuse to serve in any capacity. He must fear Allah, not the U.S. government, or any government.
‘AbdAllah (RA) reported that the Prophet (SAAWS) said: “To abuse a Muslim is transgression and to fight him is unbelief.” (Bukhari 2:35)
There necessarily arises the question of such Muslims performing the 5 daily salaat. After all, The Prophet (SAAWS) is reported to have said: “When one leaves salaat, one leaves Islam.”
Ninety-five percent of U.S. troops in Iraq did not join the armed forces to go to war. They joined to get an education, a regular paycheck (many of these “so-called greatest soldiers in the world” were receiving welfare, unemployment insurance, food-stamps or nothing at all just weeks before they were sent to war! I propose a Constitutional Amendment being passed which demands that the eligible aged children of all legislators who vote to send America’s sons and daughters to war, if such a measure is passed, must drop what they are doing and be immediately sent into training and to the “theater of conflict”. I further propose that America must do away with all Professional politicians. No one should be allowed to run for office more that thrice, can only be elected once to state or federal office, and cannot hold any office for more than two terms. No exceptions. The above Proposals are to be known as Amir Abdallah’s Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America. Allah’s “Amendments” are already in place, to be implemented on His Command.
In today’s news broadcasts it is being reported that America’s “puppet king”, Abdullah of Jordan, is the first Arab state ready to send troops to Iraq. He is a fool in a one-way friendship with the U.S.
Americans, showing their foolish jingoistic folly, were anxious to go to war in Iraq, after the quick disbandment of the Talaban regime in Afghanistan. Now, the latest “poles” say that nearly 7 out of 10 Americans do not believe the war in Iraq was worth it! They had been led to believe by their president and his Zionist cohort that America would be able to do the same in Iraq as in Afghanistan. This is the foolish and ugly American.
FOOLISH: For example: If the American public were faced with a national law which required all of their dogs between the ages of two years and seven years of age, being at least 22” at the shoulder, weighing at least 65 lbs., to be neutered and conscripted for mandatory service as pack animals for American troops in Iraq, you would see Americans protesting, marching on Washington, rioting in the suburbs against such a law. BUT, they will send their children off to these wicked wars without the slightest hesitation! Patriotism? No! “Foolish” is the word.
UGLY: America paints her own picture before the whole world. A recent Prevailing Issues stated, “America Is Being Punished (by Allah with increasingly destructive weather) But She Can’t See It For What It Is ”. With all the evil lifestyles gaining acceptance in America one wonders what Book are they reading!
I state unabashedly that I am a Patriot. I am not a Nationalist. A Patriot loves his land and its peoples. A Nationalist loves the government. I do not love nor like this government. Truthfully speaking, there has been very little to like about any of the prior governments. Realistically AND truthfully speaking: Islam is America’s only salvation. However America survives, it will be through Islam and her dark-skinned-born-here Muslim citizens, who are not welcome anywhere else in this world. We may well be America’s last and only hope.
“He it is Who sent His apostle with the Guidance and the Religion of Truth (wa deenil-Haqq) that He may cause it to prevail over all religion, even though the Polytheists (the Pagans) may detest it.” The Noble Qur’aan, 61:9
3. DEMOCRACY????
All Americans must come to understand that Power does not belong to the People. The U.S. must stop (or will be made to stop) trying to push its so-called “democracy” down the throat of the Muslim world. It will never happen across the board in Muslim lands because Muslims KNOW that Sovereignty belongs to Allah alone, and not to the people. Islam has never allowed for every despicable character, liar, cheat, drunkard/addict, whore-monger, foul mouthed fool to have a say in running its government. (This rule would effectively eliminate nearly all U.S politicians!)
In actuality, “democracy” is one of the many processes of government. Certainly, within the framework of Islamic governance are many democratic practices and policies, but Democracy as a system of governance is anti-God. The Vatican is not a “democracy”, but no challenges there! This American “oligarch”, is overtly called a “republic” and outlandishly referred to as a “democracy”. A democracy is defined as: “A government by the people/ Rule of the majority/A government in which supreme power is held by the people”. NO! This is not the form of government of the United States. A republic is defined as: “A government having a chief of state who is not a monarch and who is usually a president”. [Many Muslims states are republics (Jumhooreeyah)!] An oligarchy is defined as: “A government in which power lies in the hands of a few.” These few, needles to say, are the super-rich/the mega-giant corporations & banking institutions: Those who play the deadly game of seeing who can control the most wealth and political influence… I believe it was Rothchild who was reported to have said: “Let me control the wealth of a nation and I care not who controls the legislature.”
Let look at two U.S. approved democracies:
*The criminal state of Israel, by a U.N. Partition Plan, with the blessings of Britain & the United States, has stolen, and is still stealing, Palestinian land. Israel will never be able to truly occupy its stolen land, nor expand, until the Palestinians are exterminated as America practically did to our brethren and ancestors, the Native-American. By this means, the Neo Nazi-Zionist Republic of Israel, and her citizens who settle on stolen land, are all thieves (The acceptor of stolen property is also guilty of theft.). Only by exterminating the Palestinians can the Neo-Nazis Israelis claim the land as “conquest” as did America, following the procedure of earlier European exterminators!
*Egypt: President (sic) Husni Mubaarak is America’s choice for an Egyptian modern-day Puppet Pharaoh.
* Here is another look at the anti-Islamic United Nations: A decade ago the Islamic Party in Algeria,, overcoming great external opposition, overwhelmingly won the democratic national election, hands down. Yet, America, France, Britain, et alia, continued, and continues, to support and keep in power, against the democratic wishes of the people, the defeated anti-Islamic military government. Clearly, by U.S. standards, Democracy is selective!
This war was about two things: A) This war upon Iraq was to destroy Iraq, and Iran was next. As they were the only two Muslim countries who would effectively battle Israel. Egypt’s Mubaarak, who is no better than Saddam Hussein was, has been bought. B) MONEY: Oil, Armaments of War and the modern-day Carpetbaggers.
Recognizing the above realities, we believe it is best that the newly formed government of Iraq be allowed to move forward. As “water” seeks its own level, so will, inshaa’Allah, the Muslims of Iraq “find there way” upon the guidance of Allah, as we believe they would have eventually without the illegal U.S.-British invasion, and do-away with illegal activity by closing the bars, etc. We also recognize that “resistance” against military personnel is likely to continue. We also recognize that in every “freedom” movement, it is absolutely essential that the “resistance” have the support of the people. This means that the people must be assured that those fighting the “occupier” has their best interest at heart and that they are safe: (‘Abd Allah bin ‘Amr reported the Prophet (SAAWS) to have said: “A Muslim is he from whose tongue and hand Muslims are safe……” Bukhari 2:3) Also, there must be an “above ground” propaganda-machine continually distributing papers, leaflets and notices among the people to this effect.
4. Saddam Hussein: Our position on Saddam Hussein has previously been stated in these pages. It is accepted by most that he was a devil in “high office”. Never-the-less, it was for the Iraqi people to deal with him BECAUSE it was not Saddam Hussein who was oppressing Iraqis, it was Iraqis oppressing their fellow Iraqis, under the leadership of Saddam Hussein (and leaders come and go!)! IT WAS ILLEGAL FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND BRITAIN (the duplicitous so-called “coalition) TO ATTACK THE SOVEREIGN NATION OF IRAQ. THIS WAR WAS ILLEGAL AND THE UNITED NATIONS COULD DO NOTHING TO STOP AMERICA, THE BULLY NATION, which had already placed ten years of crippling immoral economic sanctions against Iraq. (Remember for how many years the U.S. protected the Apartheid regime of South Africa and still continually protect the neo-Nazi regime of Israel??? So much for America’s concern for “oppressed peoples”.) This was another clear example to Muslim nations of the true nature of the United Nations. It does not work in their best interests.
Now there is an Illegal Major Production of the Prosecution of Saddam Hussein. It is illegal. Answer this: ….….
Which Head of State made war on his own people, killing over a quarter of a million of them (262,000), caused the maiming of millions, sacked and burned their cities, destroyed their agricultural production and their food supply, and placed those towns and the survivors under military occupation? …. Give Up? It was Abraham Lincoln! Therefore, if Britain had intervened on the side of the South, as was being considered, and the South had prevailed, Abraham Lincoln could have charged with war crimes!
On February 23rd, 2003, Charley Reese, a nationally syndicated columnist, also made the same assessment. He went on further to say: “Accepting the Northern, but incorrect view of the War Between the States, Lincoln did exactly the same thing Saddam Hussein did. When “his own people” rose up in armed rebellion, he crushed the rebellion, brutally and decisively.”
Here, I quote Reese, a Southerner, who goes on to say: “I’m making this point not to disillusion you about Lincoln but to point out how propaganda works. One effective way to propagandize people is to take a fact out of context. Much has been made out of the fact that Saddam Hussein crushed the Kurdish rebellion. Any leader of Iraq would have crushed the Kurdish rebellion. If the Scots rose up in armed rebellion today, British Prime Minister Tony Blair would crush, or try to crush the rebellion. What do you think the British have been doing in Ireland lo these many years?”
“Any government will assert the right to self-defense. When our forefathers chose to secede from the British Empire, the British tried to crush what they considered a rebellion. And before you give up the delicious and high-quality products of France, you should remember that without French troops and the French fleet, the British would likely have succeeded”
“I know it’s idealistic foolishness to expect the government to tell the truth rather than resort to propaganda. For that reason, we, as citizens, have to learn to recognize propaganda.”
“To sell the war, the Bush administration has to demonize Saddam Hussein. The fact is, Saddam Hussein is a run-of-the-mill dictator, worse than some , better than some. In the war against Iran, a nation with three times the population of Iraq, the Iraqis used chemical weapons. So did the Iranians. In World War I, the United States, the British, the French and the Germans used chemical weapons. In World War II, we used nuclear weapons. In Waco, Texas, in 1993, the Federal Bureau of Investigation used chemical weapons against American civilians.”
“It is quite true that, like any other dictator, Saddam Hussein treats his political opponents harshly, but it is also true that if you stay out of politics, you could live as freely in Baghdad as you can in New York City. “Unlike a communist-style dictator, Saddam Hussein doesn’t give a damn what Iraqis think or do unless it involves a threat to his hold on power. There are two categories of dictators: totalitarians who want to control every aspect of a person’s life, and gangsters who just want to stay in power, Saddam Hussein is in the gangster category. Iraqi women, for example, are entitled to free education, just the same as the men, and are free to choose any vocation they wish. Prior to the Gulf War, Iraq had one of the largest middle classes in the Middle East, one of the best education systems, and one of the best health care systems. We, not Saddam Hussein, have destroyed all three with the war and economic sanctions.”
“Another propaganda technique is to focus on Saddam. To hear the Bush administration, and to watch American television, you’d think Iraq was occupied by one individual, Saddam. He’s only one of twenty-five million people, and the overwhelming majority of Iraqis are just like us, with the same dreams and hopes we have.”
“I don’t give a damn about Saddam Hussein. He’s a tough guy and a killer. He’s lived 66 years in a tough and dangerous world. I’m sure he’s ready to die if it comes to that. But why should Iraqi children have to die or be maimed or orphaned just because our political leader doesn’t like their political leader?”
“It’s too bad we can’t give Bush and Saddam each a knife, put them both in a dark room and let them settle the matter between themselves.” End Quote
The point is that in this world, temporarily controlled by a people who accept the easy belief system of Trinitarian Christianity; a belief that says a Prophet, who they have made into their God and who they claim died for their sins, it is easy to see how “might equals right”! Anyone who believes that he is “saved” because somebody else has paid the price for his sins, and therefore has absolved him of responsibility for his actions, will never be fair in his judgment and treatment of others as long as he is “on top”. But we know that Allah is watching and will judge him.
Abu Hurayrah (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allah said: “By Him in whose hand lies the life of MuHammad, everybody amongst these people – Jews and Christians – who does not listen to me and then dies while he has not believed in what I have been sent with, will but become one of the inmates of the Hell-Fire.” (Muslim)
Abu Musa Al-Asha`ri (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allah (SAAWS) said: “There are three persons for whom there are double rewards --- 1. a man of the People of the Book who believes in his prophet and believes in MuHammad, 2- a Covenanted slave when he fulfills his duty to Allah and duty to his master, 3- a man with whom there is a slave girl unto whom he goes, who teaches her manners, and then makes her manners good, who gives her education and imparts it well, and who then emancipates her and afterwards takes her in marriage – there are double rewards for him.” (Agreed)
It is long past time that all sensible people realize that there is only one race of men, the human race! Allah tells all men (and women) that their different colors and languages are His signs meant to lead them towards wisdom, and not the ignorance they choose to foolishly and continually embrace.
“And fear tumult and oppression (fitna) which affects not in particular (only) those who do wrong: And know that Allah is strict in punishment. (The Noble Qur’aan: 8:25) This ayat is an outstanding statement for the development of Amirate-America, that we Muslims may understand the need to socially separate from the iniquitous people, for our own salvation.
Surely, Allah is The Best Knower.
