POINT PROGRAM:
To Establish The Complete House of
Islam /To Establish Sovereign Land-Based Amirates in America/Implementation
of the Amal of Madinah/Dhikr of
Allah based upon Ikhlas
"Be steadfast, hold each other to
steadfastness, help each other to be firm (lit. make Ribat) and have Taqwa
of Allah in order that you may be successful.." (Qur'aan 3:200)
Historically, the Ribat is the fortress where Muslim warriors traditionally
trained for the Jihad against ignorance and social injustice, and for inner
spiritual enlightenment. Where they prepared for Victory & Life or Death &
Paradise.
I.
To Establish the Complete House of Islam.
On the authority of Abu `Abdir-RaHman
`Abdullah, the son of `Umar bin al-Khattaab (may Allah be pleased with them
both), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and
grant him peace) say: Islam is built upon five (pillars): Testifying that
there is no god but Allah and MuHammad is the Messenger of Allah,
establishing the salaat, paying the Zakaat, making Pilgrimage to the House,
and fasting in Ramadan." It was related by Bukhari and Muslim.
As Muslims, we cannot be content to remain
as ethnic or religious minorities controlled by the kuffar. Allah has
charged us with the task of establishing Islam. This does not just mean
prayer and fasting. It means governance, establishing justice by upholding
the limits of Allah by calling to the good and forbidding the evil. We
cannot be a passive minority governed by the kings of kuffar who are openly
committed to the elimination of Islam and tolerating only token
representations of other religions. Kufr is one system. We must oppose
it. They recognize that Islam is the only force that can overcome it, and
we, the Muslims, are the only people who have the guidance and the knowledge
to do it. We are to establish Islam, not just the five pillars, but the
whole house. Make Dar al-Islam a reality, in this time, in this place.
Today, most Muslims are Not committed to
establishing Islam. Some may pray, many don't. Some may fast, many don't.
Some may pay the zakaat, most don't! Some strive to perform the Hajj, many
don't. All of us say we believe in Allah, but so does ShayTaan! We must do
the good actions of the five pillars. We must act! We must perform
the 5 salaat per day. We must pay the Zakaat to an Amir. We must dutifully
fast in Ramadan. We must strive to perform the Hajj as a duty to Allah, the
Most High. The House of Islam is supported by five (5) Pillars, not, one,
two or three! However, the first three are the strongest supports and MUST
be in place to give relevance to the last two! Then and only then will our
Shahadah be complete and we can say we believe in MuHammad (may Allah bless
him and grant him peace). One cannot live in a house until it is built! We
must not be content to live in the house that Jack built. We must strive to
live in the "house" MuHammad (SAWS) built, or forever be left "out in the
cold"!
2. To Establish Amirate.
"Oh you who believe! Obey Allah, obey the
Messenger, and those of you who are in authority." - (Qur'aan 4:59)
The Bay'at, or oath of allegiance to an Amir,
is an act of power. Establishment of Amirate is the cumulative first step in
the establishment of Islam. It is the forgotten and/or ignored Sunnah of
the First Community and it is what will give the Muslims political
strength. Withdraw your allegiance to the State and the Bank, and make
Bay'at. It is the affirmation of the trust that binds the Muslims
together. Without it you are helpless and alone. The Organized communities
of this growing National Amirate are Local Amirates under an Amir. Allah
gives the Amir the authority and the people under bay`at gives him the
power. These people are groups of men and women who are committed to each
other by their common bond to the Amir. It is our strength and our
Protection. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said:
"Whoever dies without having bound himself by an oath of allegiance to an
Amir will die the death of one belonging to the days of Jahillyya. Also:
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he heard the
Messenger of Allah say: "He who obeys me obeys Allah, and he who disobeys
me disobeys Allah; and he obeys the Amir obeys me, and he who disobeys the
Amir disobeys me; and the Imam/Amir is an armor for protection*--- the
battle is fought for his defense and through him protection is sought. So,
if he commands the doing of duty to Allah and does justice, he has a reward
for it; and if he does otherwise, he shall suffer then evil consequences of
it.
* Amir literally means one who
holds command; and the word is applied to any person who is entrusted
with any kind of authority over others. The highest ruling authority in
Islam was (and will be) called Amir al-Mu'mineen (Commander of the
Faithful). The Amir or the Imam in the above hadith is called junnah,
or an armor for protection, because without the institution of Amirate/Imaarah,
or subjection to authority, a people cannot protect themselves either from
an enemy or from one another. The bay`at given to the Amir who represents
government is not the bay`at given to a Shaykh (a Spiritual Guide). The
bay`at to this Amir is commanded upon believers by Allah in His Book and by
His Messenger MuHammad (SAWS) in his Sunnah. Therefore, it is Fard and
Wajib. The bay`at to a shaykh is a nawafil (optional) act. To do it, or not
to do it, does not contradict Islam.
3. 'Amal of Madina..
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him
and grant him peace, said: "Madina is the home of Islam, the abode of Iman,
the land of Hijra, and the place where the Halal and the Haram were
initially set out." In order to establish a Madinan Islam, we follow the 'Amal
(practice/behavioral mode) of the people of Madinah as taught by Imam Malik,
the Imam of Madina, in his source book, Al-Muwatta'. Islam is
governance according to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger,
as embodied by the First Community. Throughout history, it can be seen that
Islam has been established by holding closely to this primal way. It was by
putting this teaching into practice that Islam reached the peak of its
presence in West Africa and it has been by following this way that it has
returned once again. However, it must be emphasized that the Practice of
Madinah does not incorporate certain cultural idiosyncrasies, such as
dancing and whirling, which some people have, in their zeal, ignorantly
introduced into Islam.
By Allah's Power, The Practice of the People
of Madinah will Destroy the Rule
of the Banks and their ungodly, anti-human usurious system, which has
enslaved the whole world.
4. Dhikr (Remembrance) of Allah.
We are commanded to remember Allah, to call
on Him, to rely on Him alone. It is only by Dhikrul-laah that
the heart can be freed from fear of
creation and anxiety about provision. It is only by Dhikrul-laah that we
are
able to take on the responsibility that
has been entrusted to us, keeping Islam pure, as was established by the
First Community. The Muslims are the
Khalifs of Allah on earth, and Allah promises us victory. We must
raise the banner of Islam and claim that
victory. The kuffar are not in charge; they are lost in the darkness of
shirk, immorality, worshiping their own
passions and their technology. The Muslims have knowledge of Allah
and the light of His Messenger, may Allah
bless him and grant him peace.
Join this Amirate in raising the banner of
Islam in America. Deliver the message and strive in the way of Allah.
Allah says: "You are the uppermost if you are Believers." Believers are
Black, Brown, Red, White or Yellow in skin tone. America is the country for
Islam.
Affirm the Shahadah. Be are superior to the
kuffar, superior to the politicians, superior to the bank presidents,
superior to the social workers and tax collectors. Why? Because you believe
in Allah and His Messenger and you embrace The Reality while the kuffar
struggles, using his finite intelligence, to get away from the reality he
too, MUST one-day face alone. "You are the best nation raised up for men:
you enjoin good and forbid evil and you believe in Allah. And if the people
of the Book had believed, it would have been better for them. Some of them
are believers but most of them are transgressors (faasiqoon). Q 3:109
Islam is the answer. If we stay as we and
are, we will continue to be exploited, degraded slaves to an anti-human
system, which is a vampire sucking our life's blood and tossing our bodies
aside for the next victim. A system that is designed to destroy us, destroy
our Deen, our heritage, our hearts, our very souls. Don't be a slave of the
system. Be a slave of Allah. We will become strong and free. Success is
by Allah, alone. Our dreams will only be dreams until we make them realities
by dwelling in our own cities under our own discipline. By Allah, everything
good is possible. "Allah has promised to those who believe and do good that
He will surely make them rulers in the earth as He made those before them
rulers, and that He will surely establish for them their deen, which He has
chosen for them, and that He will surely give them security in exchange for
their fear. They will serve Me, not associating anything with Me. And
whoever is ungrateful after this, they are the transgressors (the faasiqoon)."
